This role is ideal for an early-career analyst with a passion for retail and consumer behavior, and a desire to grow within a high-impact analytics environment.As part of this team, you’ll analyze promotional and sales data to uncover trends, support vendor relationships, and help internal stakeholders optimize merchandising strategies. You’ll also play a key role in driving adoption of the C-Shopper Customer Insights platform across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer and store-level data to identify trends and performance insightsSupport marketing, merchandising, loyalty, and finance teams with actionable analyticsCollaborate with internal data teams and external partners (e.g., Circana/IRI) on platform enhancementsDeliver training and help desk support for internal users of the C-Shopper platformConduct user meetings and provide ongoing support to drive platform adoptionPresent findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders to influence business decisionsAssist with ad hoc analytics projects and merchant-specific reportingMonitor and report on platform usage, customer satisfaction, and business impact metricsKey Requirements1.5+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics, ideally within retail or CPGBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related fieldExperience analyzing customer data to inform business decisionsFamiliarity with promotional, loyalty, or sales data in a retail or consumer goods settingStrong communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical audiencesComfortable working onsite in Irving, TX four days per weekAdaptable, eager to learn, and collaborative in a fast-paced environmentCall to ActionIf you're a rising analytics professional with a passion for retail and consumer insights, we want to hear from you!
