This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, build reports, and support strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completenessAnalyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business strategiesDevelop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or ExcelCollaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutionsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadershipSupport data-driven decision-making across departments such as marketing, finance, operations, and HREnsure data governance and compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR or PIPEDARequired Qualifications2–4 years in a data analysis or business intelligence roleFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Experience working with large datasets and relational databasesIndustry-specific knowledge (e.g., finance, healthcare, logistics) is a plusProficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R)Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Strong understanding of statistics and data modelingAbility to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiencesAttention to detail and a commitment to data integrityBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related fieldTRAFFIX gives equal consideration for a job and terms and conditions of employment to all individuals and that the employer does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, age, marital status, national origin, disability or sex including sexual orientation, and gender identity or expression.
