The ideal candidate will be passionate about interpreting data, solving problems, and helping stakeholders make informed decisions through clear, data-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Work with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and create performance tracking reports. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business strategies and decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. Communicate findings clearly through visualizations and presentations. Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros). Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling is a plus. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insights to non-technical audiences. Nice to HaveExperience with data warehousing, ETL, and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Azure). Familiarity with predictive analytics or machine learning concepts.
