Job DescriptionKEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, HR, HRIS, Information Technology, Data Science, or similar field7 overall experience with at least 4 years’ experience in analytics, business intelligence, HRIS, HR or similar roles.

Strong stakeholder expectations, prioritization, presentation, timeline negotiation skillsExperience with fostering strong working relationships with Sr managers and partnersExperience in People AnalyticsExperience in building and managing data infrastructureExperience in data mining, text analytics, data collection strategiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey ideas and effective story-telling through data, reports and dashboards. Client-focused, ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with the respective HR and Business stakeholders;Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience with HRIS Systems (Peoplesoft, WorkDay HCM is an asset but not mandatory as training can be provided)Outstanding operational and organizational skills in addition to detailed oriented workAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlinesSelf-starter, proactive in seeking information and approaching business problems with creativityAble to work well independently and in a team environmentExperience working in a large, complex organization is an advantagePreferred QualificationsProficient with PowerBiExperience with data sources and reporting tools; HCM PeopleSoft and PeopleSoft QueriesCoding knowledge and experience in several languages: for example, R, Python, Java, MS Excel/VBA, , etc.
