Data Analytics Manager

📣We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join our Product & Analytics team to continuously improve operational processes, increase efficiency, and implement new opportunities that support our business goals!What You’ll DoLead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts, delivering high-quality insights to support business and product goals.Define the roadmap for analytics initiatives, including user behavior analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis, churn prediction, and performance measurement.Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, Operations, and UX teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and key performance metrics to monitor product and business health.Support A/B test design, implementation, and impact measurement, applying causal inference methods where appropriate.Partner with data engineering to maintain reliable, scalable, and high-quality data pipelines.Stay informed on industry developments in analytics, experimentation, and user behavior modeling.Interpret real-time user data (for applications, web, and backoffice tools)Who You Are8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, with at least 2 years managing a team.Proficient in SQL, Python/R, Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense).Implementation and reporting knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and Adobe Analytics.Knowledge of BigQuery is a plus.Strong track record in e-commerce, retail, or digital consumer businesses.Skilled in advanced analytics techniques, including segmentation, predictive analytics, and experimentation.Strategic thinker who can translate business problems into actionable analytics solutions.Excellent communicator, able to present complex findings in actionable ways.Passionate about mentoring a high-performing team and fostering a data-driven culture.Experience in personalization, recommendation systems, or marketing attribution analytics.Professional competence in English language.As n11.com, we care about your Personal Data Security.
