HAYS are working with a higher education organisation in their search for a Data / Customer Insights Analyst. The role is a 2 year FTC and working on-site in their Freemantle office.The Customer & Data Insights Specialist is strategically and technically skilled, and supports the business to lead the design and optimisation of marketing and customer engagement journeys through Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.Job Title: Customer & Data Insights SpecialistIndustry: Higher EducationLocation: Freemantle, PerthEngagement: Full-Time, 2 year FTCSalary: $112,742 - $138,374 pa + 14.5% superannuationTechnical Experience RequiredDynamics 365 Experience - Ideally Microsoft Customer InsightsDemonstrated experience with Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI), Dataverse, and Azure Logic Apps.Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present findings using tools like Power BI.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.ResponsibilitiesConceptualise business requirements into Microsoft Customer Insights journey blueprints using real-time and outbound journey orchestration.Lead the business, project and IT to review and analyse existing multi-channel customer journeys across email, SMS, web, social and events.Lead workshop and analyse customer data from various sources , including surveys, email, web enquiries, social media and stakeholder sessions to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement in customer journeys.Conceptualise business requirements into Microsoft Customer Insights journey blueprints using real-time and outbound journey orchestration.Develop, configure and implement real-time, trigger-based customer journeys within Microsoft D365 Customer Insights, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and compliance across channels such as email, SMS and push notifications.What to do now?If you are interested in the role, please apply or get in touch with Daniel Postlethwaite for more info - daniel.postlethwiate@hays.com.au
