From premium software development to digital transformation, our global community of experts do it all – here are some of our most recent digital ventures to give you an idea of what that means.Your Daily Tasks IncludeWorking together with the client’s tech and business teams to understand their data landscape and help choose the right tools and architectureDesigning scalable, cloud-native data systems that support analytics, reporting, and AI use casesCollaborating with delivery teams to guide data architecture choices and ensure technical alignment throughout the projectModeling data using fit-for-purpose approaches — from classic frameworks like star schema to more flexible, modern solutionsSupporting new project proposals by shaping data platform strategies and solution architectures in the sales phaseGetting hands-on when needed with data engineering tasks such as setting up pipelines, databases, or integrationsHelping clients navigate data governance, compliance (like GDPR), and long-term maintainability of their data assetsYou enjoy turning messy, fragmented data environments into clear, scalable systems that help organizations make better, faster decisions.To thrive in this position, you'll needExperience designing and implementing scalable data architectures across cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)Hands-on data engineering skills with data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift) — from setting up pipelines (e.g. Databricks, dbt) to working with data lakes, warehouses, and databasesA strong grasp of data modeling techniques (e.g. star schema, data vault) and when to use themFamiliarity with infrastructure-as-code practices and DevOps principles in the data contextSolid programming skills (e.g. Python required, other languages are seen as advantage)Familiarity with a variety of databases and a strong grasp of SQLUnderstanding of batch and streaming data processing frameworksKnowledge of data governance, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR)Experience working with large organizations and navigating complex IT ecosystemsGood communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - you’re comfortable speaking with enterprise architectsFluency in EnglishWhy join us?For two decades, we’ve been developing qualities and capabilities for adapting, reacting, and supporting change – building Reaktor to hold up in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the well-being of our people.While Working At Reaktor, We’ll Provide You WithThe ability to impact how you work.
