The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in Data extraction, Analysis and Insight generation, with good understanding of emerging AI tools. In addition, the right candidate would have the spark and the flare needed for a young startup, and a desire to learn and grow.  What You Will DoData extraction, analysis and insight generation Identify insights to drive business decisionsEnsure data integrity, privacy and securityMeasure project performanceBuild relationships with stakeholdersAct as liaison between business and tech teamsPrepare reports and presentations on product updates and performance metricsContribute to product documentation and training materialsMonitor and report on users' reactions after launching What We're Looking For 2-5 years of hands-on Data analyst/associate experienceBS/BTech in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or similar field from a reputable universityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesKnowledge in working with Data Visualisation tools (Looker, Metabase, Sisense, Tableau etc.)Strong experience in advanced SQL concepts and hands on experience with Snowflake. Plus, basic knowledge in PythonExperience with data analysis and market research techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Preferred ExperienceA degree from the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) is highly preferredExperience working with AI-native products or technologies is also preferredThe ideal candidate will be results-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
