Develop and maintain management dashboards and reports (Power BI or equivalent), aligned with the needs of commercial teams and management. Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of internal data and external reporting. Act as the organization’s data champion — the internal reference for metrics, indicators, and analytical methodologies. Support the functional development of the Customer Portal, in coordination with IT, marketing, commercial teams, and central teams. Monitor the evolution and integration of the CRM, promoting best practices in usage and information quality. Support OEMs and other entities with structured and reliable reports and analyses. Identify opportunities for automation, improvement, and innovation in data management processes. Ensure the security and confidentiality of the information under your responsibility.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Management, Economics, Mathematics, or Information Systems. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or CRM. Strong command of Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel. Basic knowledge of data integration. Advanced user of Excel and Power BI (mandatory). Advanced user of Salesforce (preferred). Experience with SAP (preferred). Advanced level of English and basic level of Spanish (mandatory).Profile Strong analytical curiosity and data-driven mindset. Good communication skills and ability to clearly explain insights. Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in a clear, structured manner.
