Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Center Account Manager (Junior - Senior) located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves working closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs, contributing to the growth of the data center’s market presence, and achieving quarterly sales targets. We welcome applications from both junior and senior professionals with relevant experience. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and leads through multi-channel engagement (calls, emails, networking, industry events). Achieve quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline. Identify customer needs and position the right data center solutions and products. Manage bidding processes (tenders), including submissions, quotations, and proposal generation, especially for government clients. Oversee account planning, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting. Deliver impactful sales presentations to clients on company products and services. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (technical, operations, project management) to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Maintain and update visual presentation materials and sales kits. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum Experience 3 years in sales or account management within IT/Data Center with proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in managing Internet Service Provider (ISP) accounts or government clients.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in public sector organizations and telecommunication service providers.Experience in handling contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance requirements specific to government and ISP sectors.Strong understanding of network infrastructure, data privacy regulations, and government procurement processes.Demonstrated success in customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and account growth within regulated environments.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Understanding of data center operations, cloud services, and hybrid solutions.
