Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Tallinn for a Data Center Expert. The Data Center Expert will oversee daily data center operations, including infrastructure management, data analytics, and data security. Responsibilities include monitoring data center performance, analyzing data to identify trends, implementing effective data management procedures, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. The role also involves collaborating with IT teams to optimize and scale data systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to the strategic development of data infrastructure solutions. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Data Analytics, Data Analysis, and Data ManagementExpertise in Data Modeling and Analytical SkillsProficiency with tools and technologies related to data center infrastructureSolid understanding of data security and compliance, particularly GDPRExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teamsExperience with Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure, is beneficialBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldRelevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, are an advantage
