Google will be prioritizing applicants who have valid working rights in Thailand and do not require Google’s sponsorship of a visa.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.1 year of experience in electrical maintenance planning, scheduling and maintenance work, or 1 year of experience in leading/planning facility equipment maintenance.Experience with CMMS.Preferred qualifications:Experience in facility maintenance planning and scheduling electrical maintenance including turnaround maintenance planning. Experience with vendor management and coordination.Experience in developing and establishing maintenance programs from construction through facility ready.Ability to develop maintenance plans and forecasts, including work load balancing.Ability to communicate with internal customers and external stakeholders, and resolve issues.Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.About the jobA problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of technicians and parts needed to perform maintenance activities.Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program.Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and Product Manager (PM) schedules.Manage the process of launching a CMMS solution at the site level used in the daily operation of the data centers.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
