Backed by local teams and shared values, Kolo helps ambitious organizations scale infrastructure that’s fast, flexible, and future-ready.Your RoleThe Partnership Manager will be responsible together with the Sales Director of Kolo DC for identifying, building, and managing strategic sales partnerships with cloud providers, neo-cloud providers, system houses, managed service organizations ISPs/carriers, and key stake holders in the ICT market that drive revenue growth, market reach, and customer value.This role requires a mix of commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the data center and digital infrastructure ecosystem.What You’ll DoDevelop Partnership Strategy ConceptDefine and execute Kolo’s partnership approach with the following focal points:Develop and manage relationships with:Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, regional cloud players)Network carriers, ISPs, IXPs (to expand interconnectivity options)System integrators & MSPs (who can bring client workloads into colo)Hardware vendors / OEMs (servers, storage, networking)Consultants & brokers (who advise enterprise clients on colo deals)Negotiate and maintain partnership agreements (revenue sharing, referral programs, co-marketing).Manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure mutual value and performance.Prioritize partnerships that align with growth objectives and customer needs.Develop the Kolo DC eco-systemBuild value propositions around connectivity ecosystems (e.g., carrier hotels, peering, multi-cloud access).Ensure the data center is positioned as part of a larger digital hub.Go-to-Market Enablement Drive joint marketing and lead-generation campaigns with partners.Develop co-branded offerings with partners to create value adds (e.g., “Colo + Cloud Direct Connect packages”).Train the sales team on partner value propositions.Pipeline & Revenue ContributionEstablish partner-sourced revenue targets.Track and report pipeline influence from partnerships.ExecutionPartner Acquisition & ManagementIdentify, negotiate, and onboard new partners (cloud providers, carriers, IT service firms, system integrators, consultants, sustainability-focused partners).Manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure mutual value and performance.Go-to-Market & EnablementCo-develop joint offerings, marketing initiatives, and sales enablement materials with partners.Train and support partners to effectively represent Kolo’s value proposition.Performance Tracking & ReportingDefine KPIs and track partnership performance (pipeline, revenue contribution, new logos).Report on partnership impact and recommend adjustments to maximize results.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure partner success.Bring market feedback from partners into Kolo’s strategy and offerings.The Perfect Profile MatchStrategic thinker, connector, and influencer, characteristics ofHands-on in building partner programs, but also able to operate at C-level.Entrepreneurial mindset—able to spot ecosystem gaps in the colocation market and fill them with alliances5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development (ideally in data center, cloud, telecom, or IT infrastructure sectors).Strong commercial mindset and proven track record of building successful partnerships.Understanding of the colocation/data center ecosystem and its key players.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently in an international, fast-paced environment.Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
