Data Center_Site Operation Lead

Our client is a global Data Center company.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe primary duty of the Specialist is to ensure 100% availability of the operating data center facilities. The role requires strict compliance with all SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and audit requirements, consistently delivering excellent service to customers. The Site Operation Lead must also comply with the group’s company policies and standards.Job SummaryProvide data center operation services to customers through 24x7 monitoring of data center infrastructure.Act as the first-line responder for issues that may occur during data center operations, addressing customer inquiries and providing technical support based on the Service Level Agreement.Accurately document and update all requests (user requests, incidents, modification requests, etc.) in the Data Center Management System according to established internal web-based procedures.Comply with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes for incident and change management related to data center operations.Effectively implement safety, security, and customer support policies and procedures required for data center operations.Support various maintenance and repair activities, and inspect completed work to ensure quality.Plan and support all preventive and corrective maintenance activities to avoid service disruptions in data center operations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunications, or Fire Protection Engineering.Must hold at least one professional license in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Industrial Engineer or equivalent).Preferred: ITIL or CDCP certification, or Fire Protection Engineer license.Willing to work in a 24x7 shift-based operation environment.Strong technical knowledge of data center facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, and network systems.Knowledge of regulations and mandatory facility certifications required for data center operations (e.g., energy efficiency, fire protection, mechanical/electrical/telecom facilities, elevators, hazardous materials safety management).Business level of English communication skills is a mustProficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Knowledge of standards such as LEED Gold, ISO 20000 / 22301 / 27001, Uptime Institute Tier III is an advantage.Please contactMay Papatsarin_Senior ConsultantMay.Papatsarin@adecco.com+82 2 6200 9782
