Data Centre Ops LeadLocation: Singapore – HybridPackage: Up to SGD $175,000 base + CPFThe OpportunityThis is high-impact operational leadership inside one of the region’s fastest-scaling AI infrastructure companies. The business is building sovereign, immersion-cooled data centres purpose-built for high-density GPU workloads. Capital is secured. Global scaling is underway. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, you’ll work alongside the Global Infra Ops Executive to embed the systems, structure, and rigour needed to support 24x7 uptime across next-gen AI infrastructure. If you’ve led in high-availability environments and know how to turn strategy into day-to-day excellence, this is your chance to lead from the front.In this role, you’ll:Translate strategy into execution across Singapore GOC, partnering with global and site leads.Define and enforce SOPs, SLAs, escalation protocols, and preventative maintenance plans.Streamline workflows through automation and data-led decision making.Coach frontline teams in documentation, audit readiness, and operational accountabilityOwn site prep for audits, onboarding, and customer walkthroughsPromote cross-training and reduce key-person risk to maintain round-the-clock continuity.What you bring:10+ years’ experience in data centre operations, critical infrastructure, or technical service delivery with a strong understanding of uptime, redundancy, and risk mitigationProven track record designing and embedding SOPs, SLAs, maintenance programs, and escalation protocols across high-availability environmentsHands-on experience with automation tools, monitoring systems, and using operational data to drive continuous improvementFluent in English and Mandarin, with confidence handling both internal documentation and external stakeholder conversations across language groupsStrong documentation discipline and familiarity with audit processes, compliance frameworks, and client onboarding readinessExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach teams, drive accountability, and foster a high-performance culture across multi-shift operationsCalm under pressure, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting, incident response, and ensuring operational continuity in dynamic environmentsApply now or reach out via the details below for more information.📧 george.bates@latitudeit.com.au
