Job Description

Do you have 2-5 years’ experience working with data management and analysis and/or digital change management? Are you interested in leveraging your skills and competencies to support Danish Red Cross’ international humanitarian work? We are offering an exciting role where you will play a key role in advancing our ability to use data and digital tools to strengthen our humanitarian engagement. DRC’s International Department’s consist of approximately 300 staff that works to support National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in implementing humanitarian and development initiatives in some of the most challenging contexts with a presence in 18 countries across MENA, Africa, Asia, and Europe.The Data & Digitalisation Officer is part of the Information Management (IM) Team in DRC’s Analysis & Accountability Unit and is based in DRC’s HQ in Copenhagen. The team is responsible for promoting data-informed decision-making and action in DRC’s humanitarian and engagement and provides strategic support to our country operations on data management and data analysis.The Officer will be an integral part of the team supporting broadly the data and digitalization initiatives and support that the team is responsible for. In addition, the Officer will manage and further develop DRC’s new project information management system, Globus, which support our teams to better track progress, share information and conduct cross-cutting analyses on our international portfolio. The Officer will also lead new initiatives to digitalise key business processes in DRC’s international engagement.Your Tasks Will IncludeProvide data management and analysis support to DRC’s country operations in collaboration with the rest of the IM teamLead digital change management of selected DRC’s international business processes over the coming yearsServe as the Product Owner for the Globus system including stakeholder management, user testing, ensuring training and onboarding of staff, bridging between Contribute to setting the direction and ambitions for the digital transformation of DRC’s international humanitarian engagement The Right Candidate Has2-5 years’ experience working with data management, analysis and/or digital change management Experience or knowledge working with humanitarian or development assistance an advantageExperience leading or supporting data management and analysis processes an advantageStrong communication and facilitation skills Experience working with Microsoft PowerPlatform an advantageExcellent understanding of digital systems an advantageExcellent English language skills (written and spoken) required.
