Data Engineer

AddanEx JOB POSTING:Title: Data EngineerLocation: Malmo (2-3 days onsite per week)Type: ContractStart Date: ASAPUtilisation: 40 Hours per weekLanguages: English / SwedishKey Responsibilities - Contribute in the design phase of data products. - Develop, and optimize data pipelines for data products using dbt and Databricks (and potentially streaming data in Kafka). - Work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, analysts, other data teams and/or application teams to deliver high-quality, reliable data products. - Implement data governance, testing, and CI/CD best practices to ensure data integrity and operational excellence Must have:• You have 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.• Proficient in SQL, Python, and modern data transformation frameworks such as dbt.• Experienced in Git and preferably Gitlab.• Experienced in Databricks (Spark, Unity Catalog).• Understanding of data lake and data lakehouse concepts (Parquet, Iceberg, Delta Lake).• Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across disciplines to deliver data products that drive business value.• Fluent in English and SwedishIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now with your updated CV in MS Word format to Applications@AddanEx.com
