We have an opportunity for a Data Engineerto join our Digital Enablement team to support the delivery of our data and systems integration requirements.Reporting to the Manager - Digital Enablement this is a permanent role available full-time or part-time (0.8FTE) based at our Hay Street office in West Perth. We work flexibly and attend the office minimum three times per week.About the role:Working closely with our Digital Enablement and ICT teams, duties include:Strategic ownership,developmentand maintenance of Bethanie’s data warehouse, includingappropriate documentationDevelopment and support of integrations between Bethanie systemsLiaisingwith System Owners, ReportingTeamand other SMEs to understand context and enhance data quality under the Medallion modelChampioning effective data outcomes in the evolution of Bethanie’s application architectureDeliver prioritised sprint activities that support the Bethanie Strategy, Digital Enablement Plan and Strategic Project activitiesAbout YouYou’recommitted tothe quality andintegrity of data and building smart, secure solutions that make a real impact.Curious and creative,you’rea natural problem solver who enjoys collaborating with others to deliver smarter, more efficient ways of working. You will also bring:Excellent SQL programming skills, including in depth knowledge of data modelling and Microsoft SQL ServerStrong knowledge of data integration principles and experience in integration of applications, including API’s (with Azure integration solutions andMicrosoftFabric andPower Platform)Strong communicationand interpersonal skills - in particular, the ability to connect the understanding of technical and non-technical colleaguesProblem solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritise and work through complex issuesWorking with BethanieAt Bethanie, we are committed to being an employer of choice by creating a supportive and compassionate environment for our people and customers.
