This will significantly increase your chances of success_______________________________________________________About The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a cross-functional DataHub squad within a global data transformation program. This program is part of a strategic initiative to centralize reference data management, ensuring quality, security, and accessibility across all business areas.You will play a key role in developing and maintaining a modern data ecosystem, driving continuous improvements in data ingestion, integration, and exposure while aligning with the organization’s data strategy and IT standards.The role operates in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with business teams, data specialists, and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality and scalable data solutions.Main Responsibilities⚙️ Platform Management & Continuous Improvement Gain a deep understanding of the DataHub product, its features, and use cases. Participate in RUN activities to maintain the platform and propose improvements for reliability and efficiency. Contribute to the platform’s transformation into a new Data Fabric product aligned with the company’s strategic roadmap.🔄 Development & Implementation Analyze business requirements, propose tailored data engineering solutions, and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, integration, and exposure. Monitor production systems and fix issues to ensure stability and performance. Collaborate with developers, service centers, and test teams to ensure full understanding and correct implementation of business needs.📈 Optimization & Documentation Measure and monitor product performance indicators and report findings to management. Identify and implement technical optimizations or process automation opportunities. Maintain accurate and updated technical documentation.🤝 Collaboration & Agile Participation Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Provide user support and ensure effective communication with stakeholders and business users.
