A global lifestyle brand is hiring a Data Engineer to build and maintain a marketing database that supports scalable analytics and personalised consumer experiences. The role sits within the Consumer Intelligence and Experience (CIX) team, which leads market research, segmentation, and activation across all brands and channels. You’ll be the lead developer responsible for enabling clean, structured data across the organisation.ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain scalable data pipelines and architecturesEnsure data quality, security, and governance across systemsCollaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teamsOversee data collection, transformation, and validationUse Python, SQL, and Excel to process and model dataRequirementsExperience with media data ELT tools and marketing APIsFamiliarity with marketing datamarts and performance metricsCloud experience with AWS, GCP, or SnowflakeProficiency in Python, SQL, Git, and DBTKnowledge of MMM/MTA and deployment tools like Airflow or DockerDetailsSalary: £65-75k per annualDuration: 12-month fixed-term contractLocation: Hybrid, with 2-3 days/week in Central London officeStart date: ASAP
