As part of their international team, you’ll play a key role in supporting and evolving the data systems that empower global impact projects.Responsibilities:Ensure continuous operation and maintenance of cloud-based knowledge platforms.Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain system security and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective user support.Collaborate with development teams to enhance and optimize platform capabilities.Build and deploy analytics pipelines for new projects using existing components and tools.Monitor system performance, conduct performance tuning, and maintain detailed documentation.Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Requirements:Proven experience in software maintenance, system administration, or a similar technical role.Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS preferred).Proficiency in Python; familiarity with JavaScript, Ruby, and Docker is a plus.Knowledge or interest in text analytics and data pipelines.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.High level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
