🚀 Senior Data Engineer We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join the technology team at Grupo IPG, a global leader in marketing and communications.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data architecture, cloud technologies, and building high-performance data solutions using Python, SQL, and AWS.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop robust and scalable data architectures to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives.Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and loading from multiple sources.Develop ETL processes and data workflows using Python and SQL.Implement and manage data warehouse solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, and Athena.Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across all systems.Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to design efficient and reliable data models.Continuously evaluate and improve our data infrastructure and architecture standards.Requirements5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.Strong expertise in Python for data processing and automation.Advanced SQL skills for query optimization and complex transformations.Solid experience with AWS data services (S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Athena).Proven experience in data architecture design, data modeling, and ETL processes.Understanding of data governance, security, and scalability principles.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.Nice to HaveExperience with Airflow or Dagster for workflow orchestration.Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Contributions to open-source projects or community initiatives.Work Mode: Remote (Latin America)Seniority: SeniorEmployment Type: Full-timeIf you are a data-driven engineer who loves working with Python, SQL, and AWS to build reliable and scalable data architectures, we’d love to meet you.📩 Send your CV to vanesa@i-d.live and join our global data team!
