Engagement: Contract-to-hireLocation: RemoteScope of WorkWe need a hands-on Data Engineer to build out the backbone of our creative intelligence pipeline. The focus is on quickly standing up a system that pulls marketing assets from ad platforms, enriches them with AI analysis, and makes them queryable for pattern mining.We are open to changing anything in the tool stack.ResponsibilitiesConnect Meta/TikTok ad data → ETL → MotherDuck/DuckDB.Ensure creative asset URLs are accessible and linked to ad IDs.Build schema + pipelines to run Gemini augmentations (hooks, pacing, overlays, beats, etc.) and store results in structured tables.Enable time-series queries (spend, performance, retention) joined with creative insights.Make outputs sliceable & pattern-ready for strategists and editors.Document setup for easy handoff to internal teams.RequirementsStrong ETL + pipeline experience (Airbyte, Fivetran, Singer, or similar).Comfortable with DuckDB/MotherDuck and SQL modelling.API experience with Meta Ads / TikTok Ads.Familiarity with AI/LLM integration (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI) a plus.Contract-first mindset: able to deliver quick, working systems with clean documentation.
