You’ll help build and maintain data pipelines, work closely with analysts, and ensure our data is reliable, well-structured, and ready for reporting and decision-making.The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with data at scale, and wants to shape how data is delivered across the company. Monitor and optimize data pipelines on Airflow, ensuring reliability, freshness, and timely delivery. Design and implement analytics and BI-ready data models in dbt for reporting and business use cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions. Requirements Experience with streaming data pipelines. Strong knowledge of data orchestration tools (preferably Apache Airflow) Experience working with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL) sources. Hands-on experience with transformation frameworks (preferably dbt). Solid understanding of change data capture (CDC) techniques and incremental data processing. Good understanding of dimensional modeling principles. Familiarity with CI/CD and version control. Strong SQL and Python skills.
