About The OpportunityRevizto is looking for a hands-on data leader who will use data to influence our strategic plans, solve business questions, and help us understand customer purchase and product usage patterns. This person will assess opportunities, prioritize and deliver projects, and champion data quality. The role will own the building out of our data warehouse and business intelligence tools, as well as KPI development and deep dive analysis. This role will strategically support all departments by identifying and responding to their unique data needs, while proactively driving a culture of data-informed decision-making across the organization. This person will work closely with our Executive Team and our Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and other teams across the organization. Ignite your passion for tech and innovation, and together, let's make an impact that resonates throughout the industry!Where You Will Make a DifferenceBuild from the ground up: Collaborate with the Head of Data and Analysis to establish the architecture, standards, and processes for a brand-new Data & Analysis function at Revizto.Develop our data warehouse: Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, high-quality data infrastructure that enables analytics, reporting, and predictive modeling across the business.Integrate key business systems: Build data pipelines and APIs to collect, clean, and harmonize data from platforms including Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Amplitude, and Lusha, ensuring consistency and accuracy across sources.Collaborate with IT and Infrastructure teams: Work closely with Revizto’s IT, Development, and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure, scalable, and performant data integrations within the broader technical environment.Enable insight generation: Deliver clean, well-structured data models to power business intelligence dashboards, KPI tracking, and advanced analytics.Champion data quality and governance: Implement monitoring, validation, and documentation processes to ensure that data is trusted, auditable, and well understood.Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to understand data needs and translate them into reliable engineering solutions.Contribute to a data-driven culture: Support the Head of Data and Analysis in cultivating a culture where insights are used to drive strategic decisions at every level of the organization.Leverage modern tools and innovation: Utilize technologies like DuckDB, Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks to optimize performance, scalability, and data accessibility.Who You AreYou’re motivated by the opportunity to build new data systems that form the foundation of Revizto’s analytics and intelligence capabilities.You have strong technical experience in SQL, Python, and are comfortable working with modern cloud infrastructure; AWS preferred (GCP or Azure also valuable).You have experience building data integrations and working with APIs from tools such as Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, or Lusha, or similar SaaS platforms.You’re familiar with modern data warehouses / analytical databases (e.g. DuckDB, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks) and data orchestration tools such as Airflow, dbt, or Prefect.You care deeply about data quality, documentation, and reproducibility; and understand that great insights start with trustworthy data.You enjoy working cross-functionally and can translate technical work into business impact for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.You are curious, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving environments where you can help define standards and shape best practices.Located and authorized to work in Germany, or France, or United Kingdom, or Spain.Why Join UsAwarded Best Managed Company of Switzerland by Deloitte in 2024 and 2025Bi-Annual Company Wide Trips (2023 Armenia 2025 Switzerland and more to come!)
