Our world-class consultants enable organizations to realize the power of the integrated enterprise by providing superior consulting and implementation services.The Role:We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that support marketing, and analytics use cases within a Customer Data Platform (CDP), specifically Treasure Data. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to ensure data quality, enable personalization, and drive data-driven decision-making.Area of Responsibility Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and ensure consistency across systems.Support marketing and analytics teams in leveraging CDP capabilities, especially within Treasure Data.Develop and maintain data models for reporting, segmentation, and personalization.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for data workflows and deployments.Monitor and optimize workflows using orchestration tools such as DigDag.Perform advanced SQL queries for data validation, transformation, and analysis.Efficiently manage and query large-scale datasets using Snowflake.Ensure integration of Treasure Data CDP with marketing platforms and data pipelinesKnowledge / ExperienceProficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and performance tuning.Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., DigDag, DBT, Airflow).Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data integration best practices.Knowledge of data modeling techniques for operational and analytical use cases.Familiarity with CI/CD practices in data engineering (e.g., Git, dbt Cloud).Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.Understanding of Treasure Data CDP and its ecosystem.Experience in marketing or customer data environments.Awareness of data governance, lineage, and observability toolsIn return for bringing your expertise to our business we offer a competitive salary along with excellent benefits including:Pension Scheme – We match employee contribution up to 5% of salary25 Days’ HolidayPrivate Health CareTata Jaguar Land Rover Privilege Scheme - up to 20% off new JLR vehiclesGroup Income ProtectionHealth Assured – Employee Assistance ProgramGroup Life AssuranceHealth Shield – Private Health Cash PlanIf you are passionate about bringing innovation to the projects you work on and want to join a global company, then this is the place for you.Tata Technologies: Engineering a better world.
