Data Engineer

Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Data Engineer, to strengthen our team in Gothenburg.Main responsibilities:- The job includes data handling of (script development) of mostly mechanical data from tensile testing with DIC camera. - Material card creation based on data curve fitting to correlate physical and virtual testing. - Logging equipment and its data to network and shipping data automatically to the NAS server.- Working in material databases, developing the data from them, automating flows. - Ideally, a materials engineer with scripting / computational modelling knowledge or the other way around. Should be comfortable in lab environmentRequired Qualifications:BSc or MSc in Materials ScienceProven experience in laboratory work, especially mechanical testing is meritoriousFEM knowledgePython (Good understanding of the language, ability to develop and maintain scripts in a production environment)Powershell (Basic understanding, create and maintain smaller and simple scripts)Power Automate ( Good understanding, Design and set up both simpler automation, and larger more complex flows.)Power Apps (Basic understanding, develop and maintain apps for department data collection etc... )Power BI (Good understanding, create design and support department reports, workspaces and data flows, advanced understanding of how to manage data sources)Databases (Basic understanding, how to implement and deal with data in databases)Azure (Storage accounts etc) (Basic understanding, Working with cold storage using storage accounts etc...)Networks ( Good knowledge, deal with computers in private networks, assign IPs, control connections, working with MPN/factory networks)If you are passionate about bringing innovation to the projects you work on then we would love to hear from you.Tata Technologies: Engineering a better world.Tata Technologies would like to thank all applicants for their interest; each application will be reviewed against the set criteria for the role.
