You’ll drive the execution of cloud-based data engineering initiatives, ensuring scalability and compliance while enabling analytics, AI, and self-service capabilities across the organisation. Working closely with architecture, governance, and business stakeholders, you’ll define the roadmap for a trusted, future-proof data ecosystem.What you’ll need10+ years’ experience in data engineering, analytics, or platform architecture, with at least 3 in a leadership capacityProven experience managing cross-functional technical teamsStrong hands-on background with Azure Data Services, Databricks, Spark, SQL, and Delta LakeDeep understanding of data governance, lifecycle management, and privacy principlesExperience with Power BI, Unity Catalog, and enterprise metadata toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical groupsExperience in banking, fintech, or other regulated industries is highly regardedAbout the companyThis forward-thinking bank is redefining what it means to be data-driven in the financial sector.
