As an Ad Intel Classification Analyst, you will be responsible for the identification, monitoring and classification of advertising for TV and Radio, using bespoke monitoring software.Shift Timings12 Noon to 9 PM (Rotational Week Offs)ResponsibilitiesUsing Nielsen applications, identify relevant advertising from TV and RadioEnter key details into the database from adverts for clients to use to improve their own media campaigns and monitor competitor activityFollow and understand coding rule guidelinesFollow established business rules to identify products or services being advertised.Identify valid new brand records to flag for additional research.Research problem areas found in the database through daily maintenance procedures to address and resolve discrepancies.Assign creative attributes as outlined by media-specific guidelines.Work as part of a team to ensure all departmental deadlines are metWork to reach and exceed agreed targets for both productivity and quality to enable the team to meet all SLA agreementsReceive feedback from your line manager or supervisor and act upon it to ensure continuous improvementWork closely with your peers and communicate on a regular basis to help support each other and ensure everyone is working effectively towards the same goalMust be aligned with Nielsen's core values of Courage, Growth, and Inclusion.QualificationsBachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field3+ years of experience in instructional designExperience with SAP or other Learning and Development software preferredStrong understanding of instructional design principles and practicesExcellent project management and organizational skillsExperience in developing and delivering training materials in a variety of formatsExperience with a variety of instructional design methods and technologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional InformationPlease be aware that job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by scammers seeking personal data or money.
