We enable your best to power our future.Job DescriptionDEPARTMENT SUMMARYProvide comprehensive cross-platform advertising intelligence with actionable insights to identify prospects, analyze brand strategies and learn from past advertising campaigns to plan for the future. Position SummaryResponsible for capturing, coding and delivering data to clients for the Singapore market, and/or other markets as assigned.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for daily / weekly / monthly data delivery reports / dashboards to our internal Client Services team and/or external clients;Identify products and advertisements on media channels for data input;Input timely and accurate information into our database platform with a quality-driven manner, adhering to internal processes / procedures and obtaining required approvals within specified timeframes;Conduct periodic data audits to uphold the data integrity of data, reports and/or dashboards, participating in Quality Control checks / audits for all aspects of the Ad Intel processes;Perform troubleshooting of technical data queries;Work closely with internal Client Services team/s on clients’ requirements;Assist in identifying / initiating / supporting improvements to processes and procedures to enhance overall work quality and efficiency;Support in new initiatives and/or projects as and when requiredKEY STAKEHOLDERS & INTERFACEInternalInternal Client Service team;Other team members from same or different team in Operations;ExternalNoneQualificationsEXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent qualifications;1 to 2 years of research and/or data management experience preferred but not a must;Ideally have an interest in data analytics;Competencies & SkillsGoogle Suite Applications – GMail, Google Doc, Google Slides, etc;Meticulous with strong attention to detail;Good organizational skills & the ability to juggle competing prioritiesWell organized with the ability to plan and prioritize;Good communication in English, both written and verbal.Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to work well with others;Additional InformationKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / MEASURESOn time and accurate input of data Compliance to internal processes and proceduresNumber / % of errors flagged during data audits or quality checksPlease be aware that job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by scammers seeking personal data or money.
