You will be responsible for creating and maintaining project shells, reconciling budgets against order lines and contracts, and verifying data with client partners and project managers. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently, manage cross-functional communication, and ensure that all data entries are precise and aligned with contractual agreements. While the tasks may be straightforward, your ability to piece together information and maintain consistency is essential to supporting the smooth operation of our teams and projects.What You’ll Do:Create and maintain project shells accurately reflecting budgets and contract details;Reconcile project budgets against order lines and contract values to ensure data integrity;Verify financial data with client partners and project managers to confirm accuracy;Extract and interpret financial information from contracts for data entry and validation;Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and project management teams to gather and confirm data;Manage data entry tasks with high attention to detail and consistency;Maintain organized records and documentation to support financial tracking and reporting.What You’ll Bring: 3+ of experience in data entry, data management, or reconciliation roles, preferably within a finance or project-based environment;Ability to read and extract financial data from contracts accurately;Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to communicate effectively with client partners, project managers, and finance teams;Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written, sufficient to verify data and communicate clearly;A reliable, detail-oriented professional who values consistency and loyalty over rapid career advancement;Capable of managing tight deadlines and working independently with minimal oversight;WHAT DO WE OFFER?We enjoy spending time together, working closely with other local colleagues, and getting to know one another.
