This position is entirely remote and requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter patient data, insurance details, and sales order information into EMR and internal systemsReview documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper formattingMaintain and update digital records in compliance with clinic protocolsCommunicate with the internal team to clarify any unclear data or missing informationPerform basic reconciliation of order and payment dataEnsure that all entries are completed on time and meet expected quality standardsSupport other administrative tasks as neededRequirements2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or back-office rolesHigh typing speed (ideally 50+ WPM) with excellent accuracyStrong proficiency with data entry tools (e. g.
, Google Sheets, Excel, CRM/EMR systems)Excellent attention to detail and consistency in repetitive tasksReliable internet connection with backup power solution (if applicable)Able to work independently with minimal supervision and high accountabilityComfortable working in U.
