Data Entry / Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description:We are urgently seeking a highly detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Specialist to support Workday stabilization efforts. This role is responsible for high-volume data entry, supply chain data maintenance, and system support. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in ERP systems, supply chain operations, and data integrity.Key Responsibilities:Enter and maintain data in ERP systems including item master, vendor master, and pricing tablesEnsure data standardization and accuracy for integration with EMR and other systemsSet up and manage EDI connections with vendorsSupport supply chain analytics, decision-making, and reporting on vendor/item usage and complianceCollaborate closely with Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing, and Value Analysis TeamsAssist with item conversions, contract data entry, and problem resolutionProvide ongoing data support and training as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s degree OR minimum 4 years of related work experience
