The RoleThe Data & Financial Analyst supports financial planning, investment oversight, budgeting, and executive-level reporting through the collection, analysis, and presentation of financial and operational data.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze monthly financial and insurance data to support oversight and performance monitoringDevelop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for management, committees, and Board reportingSupport investment oversight through account reconciliations and coordination with external managers, consultants, and auditorsPrepare insurance plan analytics, including claims trends, utilization, premiums, and renewal supportBuild and maintain cash flow projection models supporting budgeting and liquidity managementParticipate in the annual budget cycle and prepare variance and trend analysesSupport governance, risk management, and audit documentationContribute to data governance, automation, and process improvement initiativesSupport and coordinate cross-departmental projectsThe Candidate3–5 years of experience in financial servicesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferredCPA, CFA, CIM, FRM, or MBA considered assetsStrong Excel and Power BI/Tableau requiredSQL, Python, or R are assetsStrong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insightsHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and continuous improvementFrench is considered an asset#LI1478
