Data Governance Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:Required Skills Strategic & Analytical Acumen• Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of shaping opportunities through conceptual thinking.• Ability to balance strategic "big picture" thinking with meticulous attention to detail, optimizing processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.• Quickly grasp and master new concepts, requirements, and related product/functional knowledge.Project & Program Leadership• Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to lead and manage initiatives through direct and matrix reporting lines, driving results across global operations and technology organizations.• Expertise in project and program management, including end-to-end planning, risk management, and the ability to gain consensus and drive initiatives to completion.• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing structured business/operational processes and developing comprehensive business requirements documentation.Communication & Influence• Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering effective messages to diverse audiences, from technical colleagues to senior management.• Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions, build consensus, influence stakeholders, and mobilize cross-functional teams in a co-operative and collaborative environment.• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to inspire and motivate delivery across trading, support, infrastructure, and control functions.Preferred Skills & Experience• Data Lineage and Architecture experience a plus.• Experience on regulatory programs preferred.• Markets knowledge (e.g., risk and controls, trade lifecycle, products, etc.) a plus.• Big 4 experience preferred but not required.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
