We grow together, we learn together, we build together About the role: We are looking for a Data Governance Analyst with experience using data governance tool (Informatica or Collibra) to join our team in the Banking sector. This person should be responsible for understanding both the business drivers and needs regarding data, as well as the technical points of Data Management, while establishing a culture of properly managed data and governance.  Location and Work Setup: The position is based in the Bucharest Office, near Grozavesti metro station, with a flexible hybrid way of working. Responsibilities:The central objective of this role is to ensure that the organization’s data management disciplines are running effectively and meet the business’s needs regarding data while developing a data governance culture within the organizationYou are responsible for helping to define and roll out the data governance framework within the company as a key enabler of our data transformation: business data dictionary, data quality, data lineage, usage of certified data sources and report metadata are just a few of the capabilities to manage our data in an efficient mannerThe business will be guided and supported by you to roll out these data governance activities in practice within their domain: your focus will be on facilitating the data governance activities by coaching the business teams and providing best practices. You create the bridge between the business teams and the Data teamsYou will help ensure that our data's availability, reliability and quality continue to improve (to this effect, you will work closely with the different business teams and the IT/transformation teams)AI Governance What are we looking for:To quickly pick up the role, it is useful that you have a Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in an economic, analytical or IT discipline, and have a proven first professional experience in Business Analysis, Data Governance or Data Management in Banking Industry and plus if worked with some Tools on this areaYou are passionate about data flows & business data models, eager to learn, and want to grow as an expert in this field.
