Data Ingestion and Quality Assurance:Manage and oversee the ingestion of all data flows from Network Partners, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processingConduct thorough quality checks and validations to ensure accuracy and integrity of the reinsurance dataIdentify discrepancies, errors, and areas of improvement, proactively addressing issues to maintain high standards of data qualityCooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth data ingestion and keep aligned on progress and issues, and mitigation actions2. Continuous Improvement and Automation:Collaborate closely with IT teams to develop, implement, and maintain automated solutions for data ingestion and quality validation processesActively participate in process review sessions, providing insights and identifying opportunities to reduce manual tasks through digitization and automationContribute to defining requirements for enhancements to current data ingestion platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with operational objectivesDrive initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency through continuous feedback and active cooperation with IT stakeholders3. Network Partner Support:Serve as a primary point of contact for Network Partners regarding data ingestion requirements, processes, system access, and technical supportFacilitate effective communication and collaboration between Network Partners and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient data exchange processes4. Other Related Duties:Support internal and external audits related to reinsurance data processes and quality standardsAssist in developing internal tools aimed at streamlining departmental workflows and enhancing operational effectivenessThe above list is not limitative and may be amended/adapted at any time by the Employer, at its own discretion, in accordance with the business needs.Desirable skills & competencies:Strong computer literacy, particularly in Data Ingestion and Data analysis toolsProactive mindset, capable of identifying improvement opportunities and driving automation initiativesDetail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and resilience in managing operational deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with both technical (IT) and non-technical stakeholdersDesirable qualifications & background:4 years of experience in data management, data ingestion processes, or quality assuranceExperience collaborating with IT teams on automation projects or operational enhancementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in insurance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related fieldsWillingness to travel occasionally as required by business needsFluent in English, any other language would be considered an asset This recruitment deals with a permanent and full-time position, based in Assago (close to Milan, Italy).Generali Employee Benefits’ commitment for recruitingGenerali Employee Benefits is committed to promote equal opportunities in employment.
