Data & Insights Analyst - Marketing IntelligenceWe're looking for a curious and commercially minded Analyst to join a growing data and insights team within a global marketing group. This is a great step for someone who's moved beyond basic reporting and wants to work more strategically with well-known consumer brands.What You'll DoTurn marketing and digital performance data into meaningful insights for clientsBuild dashboards and reports (mostly in Excel and data visualisation tools)Work across paid media, web analytics and campaign data (GA4, Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, etc.)Present findings back to internal teams and clients in a clear, story-led formatSupport wider marketing, tech, and media teams with data-driven recommendationsWhat We're Looking ForAround 18 months-2 years' experience in a marketing, media, or analytics role (agency experience ideal)Comfortable working with digital performance metrics and marketing platformsStrong Excel skills and familiarity with dashboard tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.)Able to pick up client context quickly and translate numbers into actionable insightsNo advanced coding needed (Python/SQL not required - training provided)Nice to HaveFamiliarity with social listening or performance marketing toolsExperience building Excel-based dashboards or client reportsConfidence communicating with stakeholders or clientsThe Team & EnvironmentCollaborative data team of around 8 peopleWorks closely with account managers and media teamsMix of financial services, telecoms, and consumer clientsOpportunity to grow into more strategic analytics and marketing measurementSalary & LocationSalary circa £35,000-£40,000 depending on experienceUK-based, flexible working with some travel to London or regional offices Find out more and apply via the link below.
