You will ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability, while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical architecture.Lead the end-to-end development cycle, from design to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data models and mapping specifications.Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.Identify and implement improvements to existing data models and processes for enhanced efficiency.Act as a subject matter expert in data modeling, ETL, and Oracle PL/SQL, ensuring best practices are followed.What Will You Bring8-10 Years experienceProven experience as a Technical Lead, with expertise in data modeling and ETL.Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and data integration tools.Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken).Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and drive project success.Experience in designing scalable, high-performance data solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Banking industry experience is preferred.Knowledge of Oracle Financial Services products is a plus.QualificationsCareer Level - IC3About UsAs a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s challenges.
