Committed to sustainability (Ecovadis Gold), diversity (gender index: 92%), and quality of work life (Best Workplace Experience), Quanteam is a forward-thinking enterprise.🚀 Our ExpertiseWith a dual expertise in both business and IT, Quanteam supports its corporate clients (investment banks, asset management companies, private and retail banks, custodians, etc.) across the entire Front-to-Back spectrum in evolving their business activities and transformation projects.Our teams are organized into 5 expertise areas:➡ Quantitative Finance➡ Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory➡ Operations and Finance➡ Transformation and Organization➡ Information SystemsIn 2023, Quanteam generated a revenue of €74.6 million.🔎 We are looking for a Data Loss Prevention Analyst.Main Tasks:Assess the events generated by the DLP tool, according to predefined criteria (alert treatment Level 1) on the different scopes.Review & analyze the daily events, and potentially route them to Level 2 for a deeper analysis.Investigate at Level 2 to allow confirmation & assessment of data leaks.Review & Analyze security problems in order to identify the weak points in the DLP monitoring system.Liaise with the control manager regarding DLP events detection, or specific rules review (e.g. a great number of anomalies generated in a short period).Suggest good practices based on the DLP events typology, in order to optimize detection capability.Contribute to the testing and analysis of new DLP policies.Coordinate the review of policies and validated practices.Perform a weekly follow-up of the entities, regarding their backlog and the compliance with the processes.Produce the Monthly DLP Dashboard.Manage the deployment of new entities / scopes on our platform.Main Skills & Requirements:DLP Tools & Platforms (Symantec, Microsoft Purview, Forcepoint, McAfee, etc.).Incident Analysis & Investigation (SOC / Security Monitoring).Information Security & Data Protection Frameworks (GDPR, LGPD, ISO 27001, NIST).Scripting & Automation (for tuning and log analysis).Reporting & Data Visualization (Security Dashboards and KPIs).Fluency in English and French is mandatory📍 Hybrid Role in Porto.🚀If you feel this opportunity is for you, send your CV and join our team!
