OverviewData Management SpecialistHerbalife GBSC KrakowAbout The RoleAs the Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing cross-regional and/or corporate project tasks, analyzing different types of requests submitted from multiple teams, and creating the respective change orders in Agile. You will be also responsible to manage non-project PRRs for the approval process and create and managing non-project Engineering Changes (ECs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCO). In addition, you will analyze and manage ECs within project tasks.In This Role, You WillBe responsible for BOM (Bill of Materials) management by capturing, configuring, and managing all product data that is developed throughout the lifecycle of a product,Collate and verify data from multiple sources, assist with the implementation of BOM data, and prepare for a sufficient execution of data transfers,Manages the process for the Change Implementation Board meetings,Manages non-project Product Revision Requests (PRR) for review and approval,Building relationships with Project Management to ensure that project requirements are captured and up to date as changes evolve within the project,Lead, direct, conduct, and communicate by hosting/attending meetings that affect system requirements, revision control, Bills of material (BOMs) and SKUs set up accordingly, deadlines, and/or product configuration,Responsible for maintaining data integrity for Agile PLM Item Master, Bills of Material (BOMs), and Agile PPM-owned tasks,Enforce Herbalife’s Data Management policies and procedures.Our Requirements2+ years’ experience in project management,Experience in a Supply Chain product lifecycle management application,Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems,Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe,Strong understanding of the bill of material structure and document control standards,Strong understanding of implementing changes in production, i.e. managing a change review/implementation board, stock disposition, etc.,Knowledge of engineering change process, bill of material structure, and revision control in a manufacturing environment.Excellent interpersonal skills, to communicate and collaborate efficiently with project teams, cross-functional department associates, and internal/external partners,Attention to detail and ability to execute tasks and prioritize workload,Excellent command of English.We OfferLuxmed VIP package sponsored by the company.
