Data Manager

We are looking for a Data Manager to join our teams in Ballerup, Denmark, and support pre-clinical research activities related to biologics within a leading biopharmaceutical environment.Your ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee data collection, validation, and maintenance for pre-clinical biologics research studies.Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and traceability of scientific data generated from laboratory and analytical activities.Develop and maintain data management plans, templates, and documentation in alignment with GxP and data integrity principles (ALCOA+).Support scientists and bioinformaticians in data capture and structuring, ensuring consistency across research platforms and experimental workflows.Implement and maintain data management tools such as LIMS, ELN, and other laboratory data systems.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Research, Bioinformatics, Quality, and IT) to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility.Contribute to the preparation of data summaries, reports, and regulatory submissions related to biologics research.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data governance and system performance.Your ProfileMaster’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, or pre-clinical research environments.Solid understanding of biologics R&D workflows, such as antibody discovery, cell line development, or analytical characterization.Familiarity with LIMS, ELN, or other data management systems used in laboratory or research settings.Strong knowledge of data integrity and GxP/GLP principles.Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills, with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Danish or French is an advantage.
