ResponsibilitiesManage organizational data needs and ensure seamless data flow from multiple sourcesBuild, maintain, and optimize data warehouses, data marts, and reporting systems to deliver accurate and timely insightsOversee data governance, quality, and compliance with data protection and security regulationsLead and mentor the data team, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering professional growthCollaborate with Data Analytics, Business, and Engineering teams to maximize the use of data across the companyMonitor, troubleshoot, and improve data infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalabilityAct as a main communicator between business and data team, ensuring visibility and accessibility of data at all levelsJob QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related fieldProven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a high-performing data team2–5 years of experience in data management, data warehousing, or business intelligenceProficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, etc.Experience with cloud data warehouse solutions (BigQuery preferred)Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline orchestrationStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionallyExcellent communication skills to connect business needs with data-driven solutions
