Migration Data Analyst DublinAlbany Beck are hiring for a Migration Data Analyst, to support a major digital transformation within the financial services sector. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in delivering a seamless migration from a legacy CRM system to a modern SaaS Wealth platform.What you’ll doLead and coordinate end-to-end data migration activities including analysis, mapping, profiling, and validation.Translate complex legacy data structures into the target platform through clear documentation of mappings, transformation logic, and business rules.Oversee data cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation to ensure integrity and compliance at every stage.Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, third-party vendors, and business subject matter experts to align data migration with project objectives.Participate in workshops and testing cycles to identify gaps, validate data quality, and drive timely delivery.What you’ll bring5–10 years’ experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry.Proven background in data migration and data quality assurance.Strong SQL skills for data extraction, profiling, and validation, with a sound understanding of ETL concepts.Familiarity with data governance, reconciliation processes, and data quality frameworks.Awareness of GDPR and handling of sensitive or regulated financial data.
