Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Data Modeler role based in San Juan. The Senior Data Modeler will design, implement, and optimize data models to support business and technical requirements. The role includes working with data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, building and maintaining ETL processes, and collaborating with diverse teams to develop innovative data solutions. The Senior Data Modeler will focus on fostering data architecture best practices and aligning data initiatives with organizational goals. Qualifications Expertise in Data Modeling and Data Architecture to design and implement scalable and optimized data structures.Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks to ensure data compliance, integrity, and reliability across systems.Proficiency in implementing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to manage data workflows efficiently.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to identify and address business data needs.Excellent collaboration and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.Experience with financial, insurance, or enterprise-level systems is a plus.
