The banners represented and supported include PharmaChoice, RxHealthMed, as well as our Pharmacy Buying Group.What we are looking forWe are looking for an organized and analytical individual to join our PharmaChoice Canada team as a Data Operations Analyst. This person will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, compliance, and reporting of formulary and purchasing data within the pharmacy network. This role involves recurring data management processes across multiple systems including SQL, CRM (Salesforce), Excel VBA automation tools, and data visualization dashboards (Power BI or Tableau).What You Will DoWork with databases developing techniques to improve reporting effectiveness and accuracyFollow procedures and standards to provide efficient data analyzing using highly developed skills in Office 365, primarily Microsoft ExcelAbility to evaluate report effectiveness, determine root-cause of issues, and coordinate the action plans to improve efficiencyWork as a team player to provide Salesforce administration & development supportAbility to handle confidential and sensitive informationClear written and verbal communication skillsWhat You NeedPost-secondary education in Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferredExperience in data analysis (preference with SQL)Experience building or maintaining dashboards in Power BI or Tableau requiredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; attention to detail is criticalExamples of superior organization skills required including composing various business communications and balancing and coordinating a workload of multiple projectsTask driven with proven track record of meeting strict deadlinesProblem solving - ability at identifying and resolving issuesExperience with Salesforce is an assetHow to applyIf you are interested in this opportunity, please click apply for this job.
