Data Product Manager

Job Title: Data Product Manager Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Turkey) Contract: Initial contract is ASAP - End of Feb 2026 (High possibility of extension, rolling contract)Cressoft is hiring a Data Product Manager to help shape the next generation of data and AI capabilities for one of the UK’s leading retail and e-commerce enterprises. You’ll drive the roadmap for data and analytics products that power insights, automation, and intelligent decision-making across the organization.🔍 What You’ll DoDefine and deliver the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data platforms, analytics tools, or AI-driven products.Partner with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to turn complex business challenges into data-centric solutions.Translate business objectives into clear, measurable product requirements and success metrics.Manage and prioritize product backlogs, balancing stakeholder needs with technical feasibility.Oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch, adoption, and iteration.Ensure product alignment with enterprise data strategy, governance, and architecture standards.Track usage, performance, and value realization of released data products.✅ What You’ll Bring4+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on data, analytics, or AI/ML platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven decision-making mindset.Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional data or engineering teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar).Understanding of ML lifecycle management and MLOps principles is a strong plus.🛠 Nice to HaveHands-on exposure to data governance, data quality, or metadata management initiatives.Experience in large-scale retail, e-commerce, or digital transformation projects.Background in data productization or feature store development.🌍 Why Cressoft?Cressoft has delivered high-impact technology talent and consulting services across the UK since 2011.
