Skill Set: Data Compliance SpecialistPosition: Full Time Employment (FTE)Day Per Week: 5 daysLanguage: English & Arabic (Both C1)Contract: B2B/Freelance ContractLocation: Riyadh, Saudia ArabiaKey Responsibilities1) Safeguard the entity from non-compliance with laws and regulations2) Protect the entity from using resources for illegal activities3) Establish and maintain effective compliance risk management and control systems, regulatory monitoring and reporting, and sanctions.4) Provide timely advice on relevant changes in the regulatory environment5) Promote integrity in the organization6) Assess customer risks, investigate transaction patterns, and report irregularities7) Foster a culture of compliance8) Ensure that all employees are trained on laws and regulations9) Actively collaborate with operational and sales stakeholders to ensure teamwork and compliance with regulations and laws.10) Report when high compliance risk issues are identified11) Keep the regulatory calendar updated and meet deadlinesRole Summary1) Embed data governance and privacy-by-design aligned to Saudi Arabia’s NDMO frameworks and PDPL requirements. 2) Partner with Legal, Security and Data teams to operationalize controls, evidence compliance, and drive continuous improvement.Skills1) Ability to assess compliance and prepare required reports2) Ability to interpret and analyze data, and problem solve3) Ability to manage interpersonal relationshipsNote: Need the person who is having the skill set of Informatica
