If you enjoy communicating with a diverse range of technical and business stakeholders, driving actionability and delivery of critical technology projects, owning team progress reporting and have the ability to work outside your own established comfort zone, continually learning and developing as a technical data leader in a matrix organization, feel free to apply!A job that matters: your tasks Ensures ramp-up of cleansing activities related to Business Partner and Material Master Data & related transactional data objects together with the technical & functional leads, in support of project critical topics and ongoing business needs. Ensures a high-performing team environment where activities are planned, monitored, owned by the individual team members, reported and prioritized with sponsors and stakeholders. Ensures service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs. Engages actively and goes the extra mile with business and technical leads to ensure design and content decisions are taken in a timely manner to ensure project deliverables. Leads the team to perform root cause analysis, define and drive actionability on data issues & requirements. Compares as-is and to-be quality criteria against the state of the data, identifying clear and granular step-wise actions to improve and measure overall quality. Propose new rules and iterate on continuous improvement together with stakeholders. Plans and distributes tasks for weekly sprints of individual cleansing actions directly in the systems or in collaboration with IT. Extract, profile and analyze datasets based on priority criteria, business requirements, business and IT inputs. Reporting on quality scoring, daily action statuses and open topics requiring escalation, ensuring maximum visibility on the status for the Global Master Data Cleansing & Migration Lead, Global Master Data Transformation Program Lead and the Cleansing & Migration oversight forum. Closely collaborating with the Global data team, broader dBS organization, GPE, GPO, SI & IT communities, rolling out successful actions in waves and driving harmonization and automation of cleansing data flows where possible & adequate. An experience that matters: your skills7+ Master Data Experience, in an international GBS environment, 2+ years of team management Minimum BA, preferably in Business / Accounting / Finance / Economics / Engineering E2E master data process knowledge for multiple data objects, exposure to transactional data , BI and Analytics tools and Data Quality Management tools. Training, motivating and inspiring own team, creating stability and trust in their collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Highly experienced in managing priorities in the context of major program rollouts within a global company. Flexibility to work with teams and stakeholders from different time zones. Experienced in tracking and prioritizing tasks within a GBS organization . Proposing content changes or enrichments for data objects based on business & project inputs, prior experience and data portfolio understanding . Experience with data stewardship and data quality and action reporting fundamentals. Performing granular tasks within large-scale programs requiring data cleansing . Analyzing large datasets, performing data profiling, deriving structure and quality rules and executing follow-up cleansing . SAP ERP experience with core data display, query builder and core business transactions related to SD, MM or PP modules. S4 HANA, MDG, and either Salesforce or Ariba experience is a must. Mandatory advanced practical knowledge of at least one ERP system (SAP, Navision, Axapta); MS Office (Excel); SQL knowledge . ABAP knowledge is a plus. English skills sufficient for verbal and written business communication (intermediate at least) , German is a plus. Collaborative, disciplined, responsible, innovative and open for changes.
