Job Description
Job Purpose:You will be part of Data Governance department in the Strategy and Digital office that is responsible for managing data quality activities for AIA Thailand. This position will play a critical role to establish data ownership and data quality management best practices to ensure quality in the data across AIA Thailand.Responsibilities:Implement data quality measurement on Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to ensure data quality metrics are in place for ongoing monitoring and meet Group Data Governance Standard.Work closely with data stewards, data owners, and IT teams to analyze business requirements and derive to technical data mapping and data quality rules as part of data quality implementation.Perform data analysis to drive root cause identification and data remediation activities for the identified data quality issues.Manage Data Governance Working Group(s) and drive ongoing data quality monitoring and remediation activities with key stakeholders including data owners, data stewards, process owners and IT.Deliver fit-for-purpose data governance/data quality reporting and analysis to Group, Data Council, and related committees.Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with key internal and external business stakeholders to ensure that data meets the expectation of key business stakeholders.Any other jobs as assignedQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldsMinimum 2 years of experience in data quality management, data management and/or data analytics.Experience in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data quality and governance.Understanding of data warehousing, ETL and data cleansing processes.Experience in customer data management remediation is a plus.Experience with Data bricks is a plus.Strong analytical skill to identify data quality issues and develop effective solutions.Proficient in business English communication.In accordance with recruitment policy and hiring standard of AIA (Thailand) Company Limited, after completing the selection process, you are required for criminal background check before joining the company.
